AP Approval dates

AP 03-173 pending

My AP 03-173 pending for over 3 months now, BCIS is just a joke, I would be really surprised if they approve my application this year. Regarding 485 its a lost case, my estimate would be 3 years from now (MY 485 is a 02-245 case)

my old AP was expired on July 7th
I think next time I will apply for renewal 7 month in Advance ;)

AP RD 05-05-03 still pending.

I saw that the latest Processing date released says that they are processing 05-5.So hoping for an approval this week!

Friends,

For those, who are first time applicant for AP, I assume that, most probably you guys have applied for AOS also at the same time.

Do you guys think we will get AP and Finger printing notice, at the same time frame? I just checked Kashmir's WAC 03-485 scans and looks like 03-145 series FP notices were sent. (cmpare to his earlier scans, things are moving for FP though CSC said in the past that they will be delaying FP as it gets expired...)

Pls share your views.

I filed for my Advance Parole (I 131) in Dec 2002 along with AOS , EAD et all. I got an RFE in March 2003 (regarding employment history) which was addressed in about two weeks. I have not heard from the INS after that. I called BCIS to initiate an inquiry on my petitions and they mailed me a letter saying that the petition is pending (wow .. that's news !) and I would be informed once it is adjudicated.

I am wanting to travel in to India December . Any suugestions as to what my recourses are?

One more example of BCIS working on their own whim. Most of the cases in early May are still pending when some cases in last week of May have been approved.

AP Approved

AP Approved for my wife.
RD 05-05-03.CSC.
However they issued a RFE to me.Not sure of the reason.Checked the online status.

On September 8, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.

Thanks for tracking the list, is it possible to keep the list sorted. I know its asking too much, but I think it helps.
