Thought it will be nice if people can post the dates their AP has been approved (similar to the EAD approval thread started by Silly Man)

Still Waiting for Approval. Need to go to India next week on company business and will try to apply for an emergency AP tomorrow at local BCIS center. Will let you guys know the outcome

i think i will have to apply for emergency AP too.
Can you please let me know what all docs are required?
Are there any other options other than on medical grounds?

We applied for an emergency AP through our lawyer at the San diego BCIS about 10 days ago, haven't heard anything yet. Please let us know if yours got approved and which is your local BCIS...

I'll be trying tomorrow at my local BCIS(Charlotte NC). I was expecting Emergency AP to be instantaneous meaning it would be given across the counter...I Will post the outcome. I am taking
*Completed I-131 application
*Letter from employer that I need to travel abroad
*My tickets and copy of the itinerary

Not sure if this will constitute an "emergency" for BCIS. Waiting 90 days and more for Advanced Parole is ridiculous. So much for being in a "free" country!
 
Hi Guys

I went to BCIS office in Charlotte, NC to apply for emergency AP. They told me that they cannot issue it as they do not have my file and I'll need to go to CSC.

Anyways, I have H1-B approval notice which is valid till 1/1/2004. I'll need to travel to India next week and planning on getting H1-B visa stamped. My only concern is I entered US last year using AP. But my lawyer says I should be fine to use H1-B to enter this time as I have never used EAD to work.

Hopefully, my AP should get approved while I am in India(RD May 19, 2003) and I'll have my wife courier it to me just in case
 
good idea guys,

thought keeping it as a tracker may be good so is it. To do further modifications or adding new entries may be we can just copy this table, modify it and post it again. I guess I saw this kind of tracking in visa revalidation thread.

Please ignore it if you think its unnecessary.

RD : 5/22/2003 for AP still pending.

BTW, my EAD with WAC-03-176-5* got approved which was applied on same date i.e. 5/22/2003.

Q: Do we have any FP for I-485 tracking thread for CSC ?

RD for both EAD and AP applications: 05/23/2003

EAD approved on 26th Aug, 2003 (not received card in mail yet).
AP not yet approved.
