AP and H4 visa

Hi,

I entered the US with AP two times before. My 485 is still pending, and my latest H1B is from 08/28/2006 to 08/28/2009.

Now I need to bring my 9 years-old son to US (I didn’t file 485 for my son). My son just got H4 visa with my H1B. I will use my new AP to enter US, and my son will use H4 visa to enter US, and we will travel together. Is there any problem for us to enter US?
