AOS reopened but not in the system

Dear friends, I hope you can help me.
My case (marriage based AOS) was denied in Jul 2006
I filed the Motion to reopen right away
I have received The notices for fingerprinting and second interview in Jan 2007 (which means they started working on the case again)
The officer told me I can apply for EAD bc the case is pending and he wrote it in my passport at the interview in Mar 2007.
I did apply for EAD and got denied bs it says the case has been closed in Jul 2006!
Now, I called the customer service many times, I went for infopass twice, I sent them 4 letters. Nobody can't help me because "it says I-485 is closed in their system". How else can I prove that the case is pending and I am eligible for EAD???????
What should I do?
By the way, it's been 4 months since the interview and nothing...................

write to the congressman, make another infopass appt, try to talk to the same officer who reopened your case. Did you have a notice for an interview in January 2007?

what was the reason for AOS denial?
