I am a F1 student and just got married to USC. Last year i did my OPT for my bachelors degree which ended in Oct 2006. Just wanted to know for the first item on the I-765 application if to choose which question 1 or 3.

Also on my I-130 application section 15 I work at the school as a student worker because I am doing my graduate degree. Do i put that the school is my present employer.

Depends, did you have a EAD before? or not, if so you can renew it or apply for a new one.

And yes, since you do work (and get paid?) put your school as employer or the department to be more specific.
