AOS pending and EAD renewal

what do u mean by basis for adjustment, AOS concurrently filling 485 130

lol you took time to go and read it out and give me page number,i couldn't figure it out,that was why i made the post,thanks any way,i still need the answer to my question, any one who has renewed EAD while pending AOS.
 
Realcool1, you are one of the January 2010 filers for AOS, i think you can apply for renewal based on the I797C for I485. Apply and attach a copy of the receipt notice. That should take care of it. You can apply 90 days prior to the expiry of your EAD.

yes the same realcool,i paid the $1010. I will keep you all update but seriously i do not know why my case is still pending i went for info pass some months ago and they had to make me to fill in form for request of status and the lady i talk to had called her supervisor out because she said my case was suppose to be approved and when the supervisor came she said she they are not allowed to pick up file and approve any more, that i have to wait for file to be assign.any one no what that means.

If you filed the I-485 after the summer 2007 fee changes, the EAD and AP renewals are "free" (i.e. built into the one-time cost for the I-485).

Make sure to file the EAD at least 90 days (but not earlier than 120 days) before the existing one expires, otherwise there will be a high risk of it expiring before the renewal is issued.

yea i will do that tomorrow ,what do you guy think about my case and what can i do to make my case faster now,i have already contacted the Senator office. Please has any one ever filled the request form during an info pass. thnks
