AOS Marriage and H1B

Thanks for your replies earlier.But i had one clarification. I am on AOS pending status, after marriage to US citizen.
Now things are not working out.My 130 was approved and 485 is pending fbi name check.

DO you think my current AOS status would create any problems in getting H1 B and
do i need to withdraw my AOS petition

and do i need to go to my country to get H1 stamped or would i get it here

I would be realllllllly thankful to you.

you do not need to withdraw your AOS application until after the divorce.

You can get H1B status, because it's a dual intent status - not just non-immigrant intent.
