Anyone with I-140 approved EB3 category with Current PD and no FP

Is there anyone with I-140 approved EB3 category with Current PD and no FP or no LUD on I485? Just trying to get a trend.

Just got the FP notice

I just got the hard copy FP notice in the mail. There is no LUD on I485 nor did I receive any email. The FP notice date is 02/09/2005 i.e. 2 days after the I-140 approval.

FP scheduled date??

Hi! tshroff,

Congratulations!! for your FP(1 step closer to freedom...)

I will be travelling to India for 3 weeks, I wanted to know how many days after the notice date would the FP is scheduled.

When is the FP scheduled for you?

Also if someone misses the FP scheduled date, what happens then???

Would my attorney also receive a copy of the FP???

You can still go within 90 days of Scheduled FP date.

Thanks. The FP is scheduled exactly 3 weeks after the ND. Hope you guys get your FP soon.

Please check with the Lawyer; As per my lawyer, if you don't go for FP application will be deemed abandoned. If you have to reschedule the date do so as instructed in the FP notice before the FP date.

FP without notice in Charlotte

Hi Guys,

Is it possible to do FP after I-140 approval but without FP notice? I note a few people get FP done right after I-140. How can one go about doing that?
 
Just wanted to share the news

Three people from my office including me got I-140 approval on the same day i.e. 02/07/05. RD of I-140 was 3 weeks apart starting from my RD date. I received FP notice at my home address for me and my wife but only one colleague received FP for his wife (beneficiary) but not for himself (actually the attorney received the notice for his wife, we have the same attorney). So out of a total of 6 people only 3 have received FP so far...... .
