anyone waiting for Oath letter over 2 years? or even 3 years??

Does 2nd FP mean the NC has been cleared? see my timeline in my signature.

Today is exactly 196 days since the interview. I called and was told that everything is all set except a date for the oath, I'm just in the queue and have to wait my turn. Problem is, I know of someone who lives nearby who had their interview after mine and only had to wait a few weeks before receiving their oath letter and taking the oath. I was told a while back that they would send me something in the mail detailing the cause of the delay, but never received anything.
I'm terribly stressed about this, and reading about people waiting for years makes it even worse. I feel so sorry for all of you who've had to wait so terribly long. It is awful.
 
I went ahead and called again. This time they gave me a reference number and told me that I'd receive something by mail within 30 to 60 days letting me know exactly what the hold up is. That's pretty much what they told me when I called in May (and I never received anything by mail), but at least this time they gave me a reference number.
More waiting.
