Hi All,

Just wanted to check if anyone from Philadelphia region is in this forum who has applied for AOS via marriage to USC.

Just wanted to compare our timelines. I am not sure why there are very few people from Philly in general on this forum.

If anyone is there please join this thread.

Have a question for you, how long an EAD is valid for? and when can you apply for renewal, like 90 before expiry or something??

Just got back from Vacation and found the interview letter in my mail. The notice was dated August 11th and the interview is on October 11th at the Philadelphia DO.

Quite lucky for me actually because the week before that I'm away on business.

Very happy today.

I guess now my anxiety level is going to go up as you applied only one week before me. Actually as per dates I should have received something by now. You received letter almost 2 weeks ago... I am not sure why this delay for me. :confused:

It could be because of my Indian origin. I am just guessing....

Anyway, keep me posted of all your developments and wish me luck... :)
 
Thanks. BTW - I recieved the interview notice on the 22nd August, the letter was dated the 11th.
 
Hello Dr, I have seen people on this forum who are getting EAD aprroval or letters if there ND is close to June 14. I guess your number is coming soon. Which means I might also get something in next 2 weeks...

Congrats! Still no interview though? Odd considering I filed AOS about 2 weeks before you and got my interview letter back in August.
 
I guess that might be related to my Name check thing.. :confused: :confused:

I will soon go downtown after making an Infopass appointment. I might get some more information...
