anyone did FP in May'03,EB3 and approved ?

I am seeing a lot of approvals for ND dates later than mine, but when I see the date for when the FP was done for people approved, I have noticed that it is in Jan-Apr'03 range. I am beginning to believe that the files are ordered according to FP received and then sub-ordered by I-1485 received date.

To prove me wrong, please post if you are EB3, I-485 applied between July-Sept'01 and fingerprinted in May 2003 or later and have been recently approved.

I have given my FP on May 09, 2003. Thanks!

As you indicated I am interested in primary applicants only...that does mean that you were appoved but finger printed before may'03 right ? I know my turn is comming, but I'm just trying to figure out how the pattern is and I think TSC is was approving 2001 primary filers and dependents with primary's FP in jan-april 03 range and now that the official procesing date has moved to May'01, they should approve 2001 primary filers and dependents with primary's FP done in the May-Aug '03 or so range. I think!!:)

I asked for only EB3 because

My friend who did FP after me in June'03 and is EB2 got approved two weeks ago, so I have come to think that there are indeed different depositories for each EB category ordered by FP and I-485 RD date and the rate of completion for EB2 is a little quicker because EB2 people are getting approved with FP given after may'03. Also for EB1 etc at first it may appear that what I'm saying is not true because there maybe people with FP's later than May'03 and waiting but what I think is, that pile may be a bit slower to process because of probably more time needs to be spent reviewing the application in light of the type of application(extra ordianary, NIW etc) along with the standard name check clearance etc common with all applicants.

I am more curious about EB3, your case is exactly what I have theorized in my previous posts above.

We are EB2 cases...with primary applicant's FP on May 2003 and spouse on Mar 2001. So I do not think that EB2 cases are getting faster approval than EB3 cases
