anybody's file transferred to baltimore?

I see the same thing with the original ND becoming the RD of the Transfer Notice.
On my 485, the RD was 9/12/01, the ND was 11/14/01.
On the Transfer Notice, the RD is 11/14/01, the ND is the transfer date, 8/8/02.
As long as this has happened to everybody, then hopefully it won't impact the interview schedule too much...maybe..?!
Has anybody heard anything about when interviews might start for this big batch of transfered cases?

Got tranfernotice yesterday
I received letter from vsc yesterday saying that my case tranfered to local baltimore office.
TD: 08/08.
Original RD: 9/18 and ND: 11/14
on tranfer letter: RD: 11/14 and ND: 08/08
Seems to be everybody getting same kind of letters.

I have asked the same Q to my laywer, waiting for a reply...
The RD on transfer notice is ND of I-485 filing (VSC), and
the ND on Transfer notice is Transfer date (TD) from VSC to Baltimore.
The question is: VSC goes by RD, that we know, does that mean Baltimore would also go by RD (ND on i-485)?

They asked me to bring all the original documents.

What about ETA labor.. Do u have it with u now or do we need to get it from the employer??
What is employment letter?? Is there any format for that or my company knows the format??
I am really dont know, this interview for final adjudication process or we need to go again????

this is enough as per my lawyer.
am i missing anything???

Better prepare all the documents they mentioned and take some more also.
Why take chances with INS. YOu have 10 days to prepare them..
ETA Labor packages
Approved I140 + attachments,
Two fotos(incase if they ask)
EMployer' Tax return + financial statements( I dont know whether employer will give or not)
Prepare everything and go. U will have peace of mind atleast.
Better prepare all the documents they mentioned and take some more also.

hhs, I have the same concerns as what you have. I DON"T have any original approvals. I will contact my lawyer who is at west coast today to ask for these docs.

1) COPY of approved Form I-140 , with all attachments.
2) COPY of ETA-750 Labor Certification package.
To original or to copy??????????

Can anyone please tell me where I can get W2 and Tax return docuyments? I lost most of them between movings. But I'd like to prepare ahead.

FYI,
Don't forget to prepare two (maybe 4?) green card photoes. They need photoes for the interview. And most important, photoes meet standard! My friend said he saw people in the interview rushing out to get new ones if the old one did't work.

Tax returns
I had this problem with one of my tax return forms from 1998.
(I filed in Nov 2001). There are two kinds of documents we can obtain
1. Tax transcript. It is free, either we can call IRS
or submit a form. It will be a two sheet printout they generate
based on our filings. I am not sure if it same as Copy of Tax form
for legal purposes.
2. Copy of Tax returns. This costs $23 This we have to send
check and fill a form and submit to IRS.
I do not have the phone number/app forms handy, but I
searched the web and remember it was easy to obtain.
They take at least a month to produce the documents.
I have never filed electronically, so I dont know if you file
electronically what are the implications. You will get transcript
and that should be enough. Again not sure, check with the lawyer.
I think W2 forms, you should ask your employer. They may be keeping copies or may be able to generate.
I submitted these while filing 485 as my lawyer asked for these.
