Anybody with AP Pending Approval before the RD 6/6/2003

Thanks Poongunranar

It was really good to read the poems after many decades ..........yes I am reading this after many decades.....to be honest with you.

Felt very happy while going through them.

After a hard days work, while staying in the immgn site ( without any sign of approval), this is really like "Water in desert"

My sincere thanks to you for this.

Rgds,

Thanks for sharing the poem. It was good!

BTW, while I am waiting on the outcome of the reply of my AP (ND 4/2003) RFE - I-140 evidence; they have issued RFEs on our I-485s. So, in my mind, I have abondoned my I-131 application and anxiously waiting for the I-485 RFEs.

Hey poongunranar,
You should attend some spelling bee competition. :)

The way things are going only noctambulist acts will help...

Your AP will be approved on Jan 20th

Poongunranar:

My Response to RFE ( on AP ) was received by them on 7th January 2004.

They approved my AP on 14th January ( Like Pongal Enaam ).

Had my wife cook nice Pongal today also.

So yours will be approved on Jan 20th.

MY guess.

Congratulations Cary6

Pongal Enaam Recipient --- Congratulations, dude!! I saw in another thread that a guy has got a local-office transfer for his AP. What to say of all this dude? Just lots of crazy things happening and we all should hang in on there, I guess. Pongal O Pongal!!

Response to AP RFE kind of lost

I had mailed my response to AP RFE on 01/12/04 by express mail. Ideally INS should have received it by 01/13/04. Unfortunately I could not track the location of my mail in USPS. All they can track is that the mail had the left the Dallas sorting facility on 01/12/04. After that no one knows what happened to my mail. The INS online statues still says it will take 150 to 180 days to process this kind of case. What are my options? I am planning to wait for one week and resend the response if the online status has still not changed. But I am not sure if INS will accept a copy of the YELLOW sheet (part RFE request) instead of the original.

Thanks

In my case all the papers on RFE from the INS was in WHITE and none of the papers was in YELLOW. You may need to wait for a few more days. Remember, you have time (90 days from the issuance of RFE) to submit your RFE.

I posted mine under Certificate Posting on January 6th and the update to my case was shown on January 15th.

Re: Response to AP RFE kind of lost

Poongunrar,

Thanks for the info. I will wait for another 2 weeks.

The yellow sheet had the A#, SRC# and the return address. The Yellow sheet was adviced to be kept on top of the response for quick processing.

For me that YELLOW sheet was WHITE in color and I do not suffer from color blindness :D :D :D

So, the point is that they send some color sheets, whichever their hands grab, I guess. Don't worry about the color.

Mine was also in WHITE color

Mine was also in White color.

But pl make sure to attach that sheet on top of your response. Looks like they are not able to identify our papers without this. May sound funny...... but thats what is happening.

My response was received by CIS on 01/07 and got approved on 01/14. But my neighbour who did not enclose this sheet is grumbling daily with a vodka in the evening. Looks like they have exhausted the Yellow color.

All the best.

Officer # 394 exhausts all YELLOW sheets

Officer # 394 has exhausted all the YELLOW sheets, I guess, with his record-breaking RFEs.
