Don't wait for the approval letter and make the appointment. If you don't get the letter in time, u have 2 choices
1. cancel the appointment.
2. The attorney receives the original approval and you get the courtesy copy. If your attorney gets your approval, you can take the original for stamping in case . That's what my attorney advised.
