Gurus,

I recently came to know through this forums, when u change the address , u have to fill AR11 and sent to INS.

its been 2 months now, since i moved to new address.

I am very much worried , since i didnt sent within 10 days.

My labor is in BEC and H1b 6th year expires on beginning of next year.

Whether anybody was in the same boat as mine. if so, what u did ?

Please advise me :)

------------ file 7th year H1 BEFORE the I-94 gets expired

I was planning to send AR11.But, since I am late by 2 months, i am very much worried, whether INS will take some legal action against me , like fine or imprisonment ,as mentioned in the AR11 info.

Please advise :)
 
Hey Oneof the Alien,
Better late than never. As the clock keeps ticking things get complicated. Apply AR11 and then try possible other venues. This is not a legal advice though. Also change the subject of the thread to more meaningful so other can take a look at it. Its more generic now to catch anyones attention.
