anybody in that situation???

First I want to say that this website is great...and want to wish good luck to everybody.
A little bit of my history:
I got married to my hunny in march 2006, but we only applied in September....
I got fingerprinted in beggining of november and received my EAD end of november.
I went to apply for my SSN on Dec to be able to change my out of state DL(its Ny and need to get a Ct)it s now february and still nothing...Called a couple of times SS office but they said that it takes time now...DMV requires a SSn now
Meanwhile i got my AOS letter scheduled for nexxt week...
Is it really going to be a problem if i showed thm my out of state DL???
I am really stresed about that....

I don't think it will be a problem.
You can explain to your IO why you have different adress.
 
It shouldn't be a problem. Explain that you haven't received SSN yet and that should be all that it takes. Do you have the letter where you applied for your SS Card. Take that. Don't worry you will be alright. :)
 
I had an out of state license at the interview. When the interviewer asked why I didn't change it, I simply said - too much hassle. There were no more questions.
