Anybody Help please

Dear Sirs;

I did receive a RFE and I did send them and receive that they have receive it and they going to reply within 60 days.

Today, I received a notice that they need the same papers I've sent before

Although, my brother has the same case like me and send the same papers and got the approval since a month



What can I do ?????

Did you use certified mail or regular mail? If you didn't use certified mail, please make sure you send the paperwork back to USCIS again using certified mail. Trust me, yor case will be resumed in less than a week.

they have already send me notice after receiving the papers that they will resumed .

how could i know that if i send the papers they won't refuse the case after all that wait

As u mentioned u r not in USA............just one quick question.........Do u have internet account with USCIS. Although people have different experience with it but for most of the people they get latest update by this account about their cases.

I have an account . and whats wrong with that .
