Anybody got H1 Ext/New from Texas Center recently?

Extension approved with wrong dates

My company filed H1 extension for time out of US.

Receipt Date : Sept 17, 2002
Approved Date : Feb 21, 2003

Validity dates : 09/17/2002 to 02/21/2003

I already have H1 till 02/21/2003. we asked extension from
02/21/2003 to 07/23/2003. This was an INS error. My company sent a fax to TSC explaining the situation. Dont know when they will respond. Any thoughts??

Could you pleas let me know how looks information your petition was approved? Is there any of this words "We mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed."

Yes i got answer yesterday but it wasn't approoved. They want more information in my case.

When Did you get an answer from them asking about the more information I mean what date? Please update the forum. and what information they need?

H1 Approval

Hi All,

I checked my status on the phone status line. it says that it is approved on march 7th. but still online status is not updated.

so keep checking with status line too......

it took little over six months for this approval. RD: sept 3, 2002, AD: March 7, 2003..........

Hang in there, guys.......................................
 
Recently, somebody mentioned that his H1 extension with Receipt Date 09/23/2002 got approved on 03/11/2003.

TSC sure seems to be making progress.

H1-B Approved (premium Processing)

Hi guys
I just checked out my I129 (H1-B) status and it has been approved as of date march 13, I initially went on for a regular processing, I applied on feb 14, 2003 and had a receipt date of feb 18, I am currently on an F1 visa with Curricular Practical Trianing valid till may 15, 2003, and thought it would be approved by then (May 15) and went on for a regular processing, but by looking into these forms and TCS processing time, I thought it would be better to go on for a premium one, my lawyer had sent an application for it on march 5,2003 and the receipt date was shown (on telephone) as march 6, 2003 (online case status showed No Update) and now approved, These forms helped me and hope ppl will find this post informative enough.

Even though the latest timelines show date of 07/24/2002 being processed as of 15th November, 2002, I haven't heard anything from the INS.

Has anybody else with the same or around the same receipt date got their approval.

Hi,

I applied H1 B extension to Texas Service center on October 24 2002, still didn't get any update as of 9 June 2003.

According to web site, they are now processing 15 November 2002.

Does anybody get approval who applied on 24 october or later

online status (if it is moved to premium proc)

Hey All:

I appled for my h1 extn on may 14th and got the Receipt notice .

After 2 weeks i changed it to premium processing(10 days before).

I did not get any notice from INS.

also not updated the online status.

What do i do, i am in a hurry to have H1b appoval.

I am suspecting whether it is filed or not( doubt with the employer/lawyer)

Q1. if my case is changed to premium , will the online status will be updated or not???????????

Hi..
I have applied for a new HI visa in feb 14 th
(regualar) and the online status said it will take 90
- 120 days and on march 6 i updated to a premium
processing on march 9 th the online status has changed
.. i dont remember the exact words but it was no
longer 90- 120 days .. ti was something like ur case
will be reviewed shortly ... .. that was the story in
my case and i got approved on march 13 th ..

Sorry it is RD January 7, 2003
and ND January 8,2003.
We had like 9 cases pending with INS and think that why I wrote wrong date.
 
Kindly advise if u can:

My H1B expires in Oct 2003 I have applied for a renewal receipt date is June-02 checked status online and it say I129 .....did yours say the same or I539...for renewal?
