Anybody got 485 approved recently?

I140/485 filed on 6 Feb 2004

Our I140 & 485 filed on 2/7/2004, I140 approved on 8/12/2004, Fingerprinting done on 1/07/05 Expecting 485 approval. Have anybody got 485 approval recently who had filed around this time frame. Would like to know. please reply

I have not got it

- 485 file date July'2003.
- EAD approved Feb'2004 an renewed till Feb'2006
- I-140 approval in May'2004

Still not received approval for 485, though the current processing date is Jan'2004. Wondering what has happened.

485 Message

Guys,

I would like to know your 485 message. Mine says "On March 8, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

Please share your messages as well.

That means your 485 file is complete and waiting for status of underlying petition like 140 or LC PD.

I got same msg on 03/08, next day 03/09 evening, I got 140/485 concurrent approvals.
 
I got the magic email yesterday

Vermont - RIR - EB3 PD JAN/02

LC-NY MAY/04 - Region Approval

RD OCT/04

EAD NOV/04 - Approval

I140 DEC/04 RFE - Edu Eval
I140 JAN/05 - Approval
FP MAR/05
I485 APR/12/2005 - the Magic Email. :D

could u pls post ur FP date? and did ur status msg change after FP?
my dates r pretty much similar to urs. No 485 AD yet :(
 
FP on March/10/2005
LUD changes next day
They received reports for FP and Biometrics on March/17/2005
Approved 485 for both me and my wife on Apr/11/2005

I have the same message .. But still waiting for the 485 Aproval ..

my I140 is aproved 6 months back and And PD is on Oct 2001 ..


I think this does not work for me ?

PD has crossed the retrogression date.
140 is approved
Just waiting for the approval letter to arrive in mail.

These are the messages I've received:
1. Current Msg Says:
On April 14, 2005, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 14 days have passed and you ........

2. Prev to curr msg:
Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status
Current Status:
This case has been approved. On April 11, 2005, an approval notice was
mailed. If 14 days have passed ...........

3. Approval
Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status
Current Status:
On April 11, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a
new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

4. After FP:
Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status
Current Status:
On March 15, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485
Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were
received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a
notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

USCIS is not consitent in processing times. also FP review depends on FBI's turn over time on name check results.
 
Me and my spouse gave FP on 03/25/2005.
LUD changed 4 times, 03/25/2005, 03/28/2005, 04/07/2005 and 04/08/2005
but no message change.

Not even 'FP results received/case resumed', But FBI sent the results same day. So many people got message that FP result received and case resumed (who gave FP after my FP date).

I dont know what is going on with my case.

IS THERE ANY ONE WITH SAME SITUATION/EXPERIENCE???

On I-485 LUD changed 4 times, 03/25/2005, 03/28/2005, 04/07/2005 and 04/08/2005
but no message change.
 
That means they are working on your file atleast. Good Luck.

Surprisingly I've got my plastic card the next day I received my approval letter. I didn't even have to get my PP stamped. :cool:
 
Cannot understand what's going at VSC

I am still awaiting for I-485 approval -
I-140 RD : Approved in Jan 2005
Bio : 03/15/05
I-485 : RD - 05/12/05
The latest processing date is 06/03/05 at VSC.

Did any one got approvals for filed cases after - 05/05
 
EAD2 approved

Just got emails from CIS saying my EAD2 has been approved.
There is also a LUD change on 485. is this a bad sign? That EAD got appoved = a loong wait for 485 AD? ur thoughts pls.
