Anybody got 485 approved recently?

The latest processing date is 06/03/05 at VSC. ??? Which one your talking about. Right now it says they are processing 6/24/2004 485 cases.

I am still awaiting for I-485 approval -
I-140 RD : Approved in Jan 2005
Bio : 03/15/05
I-485 : RD - 05/12/05
The latest processing date is 06/03/05 at VSC.

Did any one got approvals for filed cases after - 05/05

Me and my spouse gave FP on 03/25/2005.
LUD changed 4 times, 03/25/2005, 03/28/2005, 04/07/2005 and 04/08/2005
but no message change.

Not even 'FP results received/case resumed', But FBI sent the results same day. So many people got message that FP result received and case resumed (who gave FP after my FP date).

I dont know what is going on with my case.

IS THERE ANY ONE WITH SAME SITUATION/EXPERIENCE???

Finally my I-485 EAC 03088XXXXX was approved last week. It was filed in January 2003 so it took a long while, but finally the wait is over!

I140 and 485: Concurrent filed: 140 approved

I have exactly the same message except date of FP they received on 19 April, 2005. I have concurrently filed under EB1 and my I-140 got approved on 11 March 2005.

My details are:
I140 and 485 RD 5 May 2004
I140 approved ND 11 March, 2005
FP 6 April, 2005

I called INS as my RD is past 30 days the currenly proceesing RDs. The lady took my informations (name, SS#, addresses etc) and told me that I will hear about my case in 3-4 weeks.
What should I expect? Any suggestions, informations to share? Anyone in similar situation?

That means your 485 file is complete and waiting for status of underlying petition like 140 or LC PD.

I got same msg on 03/08, next day 03/09 evening, I got 140/485 concurrent approvals.

I would like to know your 485 message. Mine says "On March 8, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

Please share your messages as well.

Our FP was later than yours

We had FP on 6 APril. They received on 16 April. And the message appeared on my case.
Waiting eagerly for 485 approval news. Please read details of my case in this thread.

Our I140 & 485 filed on 2/7/2004, I140 approved on 8/12/2004, Fingerprinting done on 1/07/05 Expecting 485 approval. Have anybody got 485 approval recently who had filed around this time frame. Would like to know. please reply

140 is approved
Just waiting for the approval letter to arrive in mail.
