Anybody applied in May/June and I-140 approved

Desperately seeking ...anyone out there who applied
for I-140 around first week of June and received
approval ? Anybody applied in May and got it ?

Hi,

My receipt date is June 8th, EB2(B+5yrs) , still awaiting clearance on I140. My lawyer says that since my I140 is already applied, cannot take the benefit of concurrent filing is it true ..???
 
Whatever you attorney says is WRONG. As soon as you get the I140 receipt, you can apply for I485/EAD/AP taking the advantage of concurrent filing.

I have been waiting for I140(ND-18th April) and filed for I485 couple of weeks back.

Reciept Date: 05/15

Notice Date : 05/16

Approved Date : Excepting very soon.
 
Yes, it taking 4 and more months

I-140 RD/ND -- 06/13/2002
Concurrent 485/EAD filed recently , expecting Receive Date. I don't know when the 140 will be approved.
