Any Tracking for EB3 Retrogress cases

Hi

Recieved this emails when I logged into my yahoo account to check my emails on sunday morning.

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status. This case has been approved. On May 6, 2005, an approval notice was mailed.

I recieved these approval emails for me and my wife. We are still waiting for the approval email for my son. My I-140 is still pending. Don't know how long it is going to take since LUD on 140 has not changed at all. Do I need to ask my attorney to make a enquiry in this regard.

Congratulations For your I-485 Approval

Ravijx... Congrats!!! Did you try to find out why your I-140 not yet approved ?

I spoke to my attorney and what he says that the both 140 and 485 would have got approved simultaneously. He asked me to wait till he recieves the approval notice. However I checked the status on https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/caseStatusSearchDisplay.do and there is no change in the LUD.

as stated by website CIS is using 30k odd visas in EB3 .@ this rate..no more VISA will be available for by Oct 2005 accros worldwide.....
