Any Tracking for EB3 Retrogress cases

Hi Everyone,

I am just wondering if someone is tracking any EB3 Retrogress cases with PD from Jan 1 2002 - May 2002.

If someone is doing that, please give me the link or we should create a thread to see any approvals for EB3 retrogress 2002 cases.

May be we should create a thread for the entire Year of 2002 from Jan 2002 to Dec 2002,so that we can track where USCIS is....

Jan 2002 to Dec 2002 would be a better idea to see how many have been left behind by their stupid mistake of pilot concurrent approvals at CSC.

EB3 Priority Date from India

Hi,
My name is Vamshi Polam, I have a priority date of 06/03/2002. My status is I-140 approved and also had appeared for an interview for I-485 at Boston local office. I was so close in getting my passport stamped. I had my inteview on 02/24/2005, the interview was so smooth and the officer said that he is going to approve the case until he has not realized that my priority date was not current.

I have been keeping track of the priority dates and now they are processing the applications for EB3 with priority date of 01-Apr-2002.

Hi,
I guess I have to wait until i get the priority dates current and once the priority date is current the Immigration Officer sends me a letter to have the PP stamped.

The Interview was pretty cool. Take all the documents with you which you have sent to the Attorney for the GC application.

The most important thing Immigration Officer is interested in is your current employment letter, your pay stub and your latest tax returns.
 
Inviting everyone for 2002 EB3 Approved/Pending

Hi Guys...

ANYONE WHO IS APPROVED IN EB3 2002, PLEASE POST YOUR DETAILS.

This will give some hope to us that VSC is working on Eb3 2002 cases < the April 2002 date as posted in the current Visa Bulletin.
