RD 09/24/2002, 2nd FP 06/2004, nothing since. Not even LUD change.

Just the dependent is waiting, primary's application approved on 08/12/2004.
 
Hi,

I am there! All it shows is on June/03 we received the fingerprint review, blah..blah.. after an address change in May/04. Upon my request senator's liaison got the reply that the case is adjudication ready 2 months back. :)

Not sure how long we have to wait. It has been more than 27 months now. It is bit frustating to see 2003 and 2004 cases being approved with 2002 cases still pending,,,,

Today received the automated email from USCIS which says RFE has been mailed on Dec 28 (Today). Will post on the RFE details when received.

FP1: Feb 2003 (Applicant & Spouse)

3 EAD and 3 AP Approved.

Received RFE

Hi all,

My RD is 09/2002
Issued RFE on 21st December 2004 for me and my wife.
Attorney received on 29th Dec. Related to medical vaccinations ( they are asking me and my wife to take Vericella shot)
I took on 30th and my attorney suggested me to send EVL even though they didnt ask for that.
So along with this RFE reply I sent the Employment Verification letter also.
Reply sent by FedEx on 30th December itself. started checking my case status for LUD change. :)
When can I expect LUD change? any idea?

replied rfe but still waiting

RFE received by attorney on 12/24/04, RFE replied on 01/10/05 still no LUD changes. So the dependent is still waiting.

I am tired of waiting. I am planning to file another I485 this March if I do not hear anything from INS by then.

Maybe my new I485 will be approved faster, since I saw people with RD dec. 2003 got approved.
