dududidi, Now after the updated processing dates from NSC posted on www.aila.org, you should be able to enquire your case as your RD is already at 08/02. According to the data, NSC is now processing dates of 08/31/02. Thanks!

Could you tell me how to inquiry? INS website has not updated the processing date change. I sent a letter to local senator last Friday, have not got response yet.

dududidi, You just have to wait until the USCIS website is updated with the latest processing times as reflected in AILA.org. Then call the USCIS customer service and tell them that the current processing times are past your RD and they will automatically open a legitimate query on your case. Good luck.
