Any Sep 2003 approvals

Have you called USCIS for address change? If yes, then this LUD is for address change request, not a RFE.

Waiting for 140 since Oct 2003 , filed 485 in Jan'04

FP done in May'04 and updated

EAD & AP Approved in March 04.

I guess we will awarded the 140 and 485 posthumously..... :p :mad:

My LUD for (I-140) is keep changing .. My attorney also initiated the enquiry like you said. Do you know what kind of response you got from USCIS??

My attorney has not recieved any official response from USCIS. Will let you know once I have any information.

Will Address change help or hurt

I have E-filed my 2nd EAD a week ago. next day went to the local office. They took a picture and FP also. Is it considered 2nd FP ??

Thinking of moving even though I dont have to. Read a verity of messages on address change. :confused:

Any body's input on whether address change will help or hurt the case is appreciated.

I moved a month ago. It did not make any difference other thanthe LUD change for my I485.

My I-140 has been approved on Sep 22, 2004.
I am a sep 2003 filer ... here are my details

I-140 ND = Sep 09, 2003
I-140 RD = Sep 11, 2003
I-140 AD = Sep 22, 2004

I-485 RD = Jan 9, 2004
I-485 AD = still pending

EAD AD = Feb 22, 2004
AP AD = Sep 25, 2004

I live in Kansas and have applied in EB2 category.

Keep the POSITIVE ATTITUDE going !!!

I wanted to find out whether we should (including my Wife) apply for our 2nd EAD thru my company lawyer or can I do it myself? Problem is that the company Lawyer is charging about 1 grand each for renewal of EAD and Travel Docs.
My 140 was filed in Nov. 2003 and 485 in Jan 2004.

I did it by myself because of the same reason - lawyer charges too much. Eventhough eFiling seemed simple, I had some questions that nobody in this forum could answer. Hence I applied by mail. It was not difficult at all after reading all the instructions.
 
I just EFiled..

Go to EAD/AP forum there is detailed way to do EAD efiling. Its pretty simple. and costs 175 each person($825 savings lol)
 
I-140 Approval

Yesterday I got the email notification from USCIS as my I-140 is approved (after waiting of one year)

Congrats!!! Is there any change in your I-485 LUD????

You may get your I-485 approval also very soon.
