Any Sep 2003 approvals

i called my lawyer - he had attended the AILA conference last week - he says USCIS is working to reduce backlog etc, so we shd see movement on cases soon..but says he cannot initate enquiry till processing dates show improvement :( :(

I called Lawyer and USCIS

They can't do anything till processing dates are showing Sep 15th for EB2. And this freaking dates are not changing since last 5 6 months. :mad:
 
i learnt from my friend that today there has been two to three(of his colleagues/friends) I-140 approvals for the Sep 23-29 RD range - not sure if it's EB3, EB2...he's a very reliable source....so at least something continues to happen...hopefully we'll all get there soon..good luck to everyone..
