If any body Con Current with ND sep 2003 Approved, please reply. The dates on USCIS is october and mine is September 2003 and so far I did not Receive any info from NSC. Sep 2003 filers keep this thread Alive

When did you apply your 2nd EAD/AP ?

I have applied our 2nd EAD/AP's last month, and LUD updated for both my I140/I485, not on any EAD/AP's .

Any one noticed LUD update on I140/485 during EAD/AP renewal processes ?

My info:

ND: Sep 2003,
EB2,

I140 , I485 Waiting
FP1- done May 2004

Applied for EAD2, AP2 - August 2004.

Did yo guys notice the porcessing dates changed from sep 15th 2003 to Dec 11th 2003.
No update yet on my case. :mad:

hey sep filers. I notice that some november eb2 filers are getting 140 approved. If you are an eb2 filer before 10/15/03, please talk to your lawyer to see if it would be right to file an enquiry about your case. Remember one thing, it does not help anyone to come and post a message here, fret about it and NOT do anything about it. IT takes about 2 months to return an enquiry. The more enquiries the NSC gets, the more attention they will pay to the source. My RD is in 04. You bet I will be on the phone talking to my lawyer once the published dates go beyond my RD.

The LUD changed only on the second EAD application. It did not change on the 140 / 485. I filed the EAD myself using e-file. Dont know if u used an immi attorney and if the immi attorney knows a few tricks of the trade to make then USCIS work on 140 / 485.
 
Thank you. I think, it could be for FP1 update. They didn't update it after I've completed my FP1 during May 04.

Let's see.

LUD updated on AP

My case has an RD of Sept 30th(I140/I485) and I filed for 2nd EAD and AP on July 28th. I noticed that the AP LUD got updated on 09/24 tho there is no change in status. Dunno what to make of it.
 
If the update's are only in the EAD and AP, they are only approving them, but if they are updating your I140 and I485, you may got luck. It could could be come body!! Good luck!! :D

How did u manage to initiate an inquiry? I thought that the processing date has to be 30 days beyond the application receipt date for USCIS to accept an inquiry. Your RD is sept 22 and the current published processing date is Oct 15,2003. Are you eb2 or eb3?
 
Yes, the current published date is beyond 30 days. it is 11th Dec 2003.
I am EB3.
