Any recent LUD on xferred cases ?

Status: One FP notice out of total 6 cases (Self & Family)

1- Today, only one FP-Notice received for my daughter she turned 14 in April 07.
2- But this did not happen with other daughter when she turned 14 two years ago, the then the case was with VSC.
3- I always informed about this as in 1 & 2.
4- All other FPs have expired (15 Months or more), were taken in April 14, 2005.
5- Guys, any idea? DO I NEED TO SEND FEE for my child's FP that I have received it today? When the case was filed, I did not submit fee for under 14.

All cases (6) were tranferred from VSC to TSC on 3/07/2007.
The day I informed to TSC about as in 1 in APR 2007, I was told about "Security Checks still pending" by TSC.

Few of us have been getting FPs scheduled. that could be a good sign. Can all those who have FPs update even though they did not get LUDs online.

I also got my second FP notice for 5/8

I am in cat EB3 (not India or China) and with Priority date of June 2003. My priority date became current on May and my case was also transferred to TSC from VSC. My first FP was done on March 2005. I got my second FP scheduled for 5/8. I filed my I485 in 2004 and I believe they had enough time to do my NC. I don't know my second FP will initiate a second NC or not.

2nd FPs are a very good sign. I assume that some of us have prints that are currently valid. Mine run though July 07 (first set taken April 2006). I hope I get approved before then.
 
Hi,

I received bi-metric notice letter from TSC today which was sent on 04/18/07.
As per the processing time of TSC recently published I think they are now starting the processing of my 485 that was filed in Sep.2005 at VSC.

Not sure this notice is due to case turn has now come for 485 processing OR due to VSC to TSC transfer.

Any idea?

How do you guys came to know about Name Check Cleared? Please let me know the procedure to find out the status of Name Check (Background check).

my case transfered on March 8, 07, LUD on march 8, 9, 12, 15.

Received 2nd FP (code 1) today, scheduled on May 8.

I think FP is not related to the name check.
