Hi there,

Want to know if anybody who have filed for Green Card after October 2002 , has got APs reently ?

I filed on 3rd Oct , still not getting any updates.

Secondly , what does the processing date for various stages coresspons to ?
Like for AP they are saying date in Dec 2002 .

I got my AP approved two days back. I filed in TSC.

AD: 12/21/02.

RD : 10/03/02

Hi Mogara,
Mine is just I485. My I140 is already approved on 10/17/02. Wish you good luck. I thought even the concurrent filing goes on parallel like just I485.

Mine is concurrent filing with RD 9/12/02 and ND 9/17/02. Still waiting for AP and EAD.
 
My 2nd AP has been approved on December 26, 2002 per website. I485 was filed in Aug. 2001. This one is fast: a late Christmas gift.

AP ND: 12/09/02
AP AD: 12/26/02

What did your notice say, about the processing times for this application?? Also, I assume you filed for AP at the TSC?

Called TSC right now

Mogara/Dinnu,

Have either of you tried calling the TSC, and checking what's going on? I just called them a few minutes ago, 01/03/03, and the lady tells me that they are currently processing APs received on december. Mine still hasn't been assigned to an officer, but both of yours should be.

Let us know if you get through and talk to an IIO.

My wife called TSC on Friday. She asked the IIO about our APs. After looking at the case file he told her that "the documents will be produced on Tuesday" and hung up on her. I checked the online status just now and to my surprise found that EADs for both of us have been approved. APs are still pending.

I140 ND 08/13/2002, AD 12/10/2002
I485, I765, I131 ND 09/17/2002
I765 approved for both of us 01/13/2003
I131 still pending
We are not even thinking about FP for another year :)
