Friends is there anyone who applied for 140 during Jan/FEb/Mar/Apr 2003 (or prior) and still waiting for 140 approval... Pl post your details here!

Take a look at the 2003 tracker -- there are many people in this situation for both EB2 and EB3.

We still don't really know why the VSC seems to skip over some cases. i.e. they are currently approving some cases from Sep/Oct and even Nov 03 but there are many cases which are not yet approved in Jun/Jul/Aug and even some from earlier.

One theory is that if a case looks straightforward it is approved more quickly, otherwise it goes back into the pile, maybe so more experienced officers can look at it...

I have Applied for my I-140 with ND of 24th April'03.My Case # is

EAC03XXXXXXXX

Category:EB3.

My lawyer has put in Inquiry but no reply.

Thinking of Talking to Local Congressmen/Senator.

Guys what do you say? Any suggestions?
