Any pending 104 before April 30. 2002

My ND for 140 is April 24, 2002.

I saw two approvals on January 8, 2003 with
the same ND as mine.

I just wonder if there is any pending 104 before April 30. 2002. If you have, please post info.

I have not filed 485/765.

It seems the process for I140 EB1 is quite slow.

After a long...long...long... wait my I-140 was finally approved. The Online system has still not been updated, but I received a copy of the approval notice from my lawyer today
