Either get a working visa after graduation or get married. But you can't get a sponsor with a Associates degree, you need at least a bachelors degree... And then you need to find a company that is willing to sponsor before getting a lawyer involved...
Getting married isn't a solution either if the OP didn't have a longer relationship with the person from an eligible country...they will for sure ask for proof of the relationship....too many come here and get married for a GC.
