Any of Oct'03 filers left alone like me?

As far as I know, most people from about August 2003 onwards have not received FP notices yet. It looks like the VSC has started sending these out again for July 2003 people after a delay of several months so us October people could get ours in 1-4 months or so (maybe).

I was asking about 140 approval, mine is not approved yet.

I'm not sure how many ppl are there like me without 140 approval (EB3)

Uh, so this is why you wrote "Anyone from Oct'03 got finger print notice?" above... :rolleyes:?

There are definitely many people with a ND around yours who haven't had their I-140 approved yet. Take a look at the 2003 tracker -- looks like at least 20-30% haven't got it yet.

One of the theories currently is that "easy" cases are approved more quickly so maybe yours was a more "difficult" case?

Also, FP really has nothing to do with the I-140 -- the FP notice should be sent out when the VSC feels that your I-485 is close to being adjucated (before the FP expires so they don't have to request this multiple times).
