Try to contact either senator or congressman and they can get the update on your case from USCIS.


In my case I contacted both of them and got the same reply from both offices that the name check has been completed and I have to wait for 3rd FP which is schedule for 12/02/2004 and will try to do it early.
 
my 3rd FP on Oct/16/2004, and approved!

got two emails with the same messages this morning.. I have RD Oct/2001, RD 12/2001, did 3 EAD, 3 AP, 3 FP

What does that mean?

Why don't you do Expedire Request

Lovensing and Ngunda.....

Why don't you guys try Expedire Request ?

Why don't you guys try to setup an appointment to meet the Director,
VSC ?

I am sure I will be there soon, and will join you guys. But I am sure you
can try some of these options in the mean time.

I am really concerned about you hapless 2001 filers.

Did you

1) Try to do Status Enquiry

2) Try AILA Liaison Enquiry via attorney

3) Try Expedite Request to USCIS

DId sevral times with a standard reply

Attorney does not want to try..Says it will come and that she has several 2001 cases

3) Try Expedite Request to USCIS

Expedite requests also have yielded standard responses

Thank you. I hope so too. Did my 3rd FP on Dec. 3rd. Today, checked status and nothing has been changed. My RD is 12'01.
