nothing so far.... but we should be hering something soon since the last processing dates update were close to ours... i hope within 2 or 3 weeks..
 
Thank god.... i just got the I-140 pproval letter yesterday at work... the wierd thing is that i never had any LUD, is that normal???!!!... i am thinking to call them tomorrow to see what is happening... i dont want to enjoy it and then get shocked that it wa a typo or mistake...

I 140 approval

Got the I 140 and I 765 approvals on Friday. Interestingly I got an e-mail update on the I 765 - but nothing on the I 140 - just heard from the lawyer that she got the approval.

By the way the I 140 is filed by the employer so it always goes either to the company or the laywer acting on its behalf will receive the approval forms.

I actually did not do my FP yet i've been going every week to the ASC next to where i live.... i will try another one next week if i did not get my notice....

Greenygreen i got the notice at work ( at the address filled on the I140 application) but i actually work there.. and i happed to open the mail that day....

I just realized... you haven't got no email updait nor online status change? just a letter in regular mail?
wow... so long for computerisation of the process....
 
yup michvin....not only that, my case have been approved since Dec 9!!!! so 8 days to get the letter and forever to change online status...
 
I140 approved! super fast.

Got email from attorney today. I140 approved on 12/12/05.
