Any November I-140 cases approved?

I-140 approved

My employer got the courtesy copy and my lawyer the hard copy for the approval. The LUD has not changed.

485 Application ?

My labor was applied in August and approved in November and I asked my lawyer to submit the 140 in November.I see some of the cases similar to mine here and you guys have applied for the 485. Can anyone of you please guide me if I can apply for the 485 . My understanding is that with the retrogression, I am not eligible to file for the 485 or the EAD.

Any input on this is appreciated.

If you are froma retrogressed country u will have to waite before u can submit 485... but we are all from non-retrogressed coutries (Im EB-2 world)
