Any November 2002 filers ?

Hello, I am a No 2002 filer. I got my approval this friday on July 16. EAC-0303xxx is my receipt number

I140 RD: 10/15/2002 (Can't remember ND). AD: 8/7/2003
I485 RD: 11/15/2002. ND: 12/5/2002
FP1 1/17/2003
FP2 6/22/2003

vow VSC_485! Congrats! You are the first person I've seen who is approved with the filing date as late as Nov 2002. All other approvals I've been seeing on this forum are from Feb to April 2002.
 
Thanks, I was surprised to see the approval myself. But again it has been 13 months since I did my first FP. Also I did apply for AP and 3rd EAD on july 12. So not sure if that helped.

May be VSC is working faster.

Good luck to every one waiting. It is matter of weeks.
 
My I-485 RD is 24 Nov 2002 and it has been approved on 10 May 2004. I had the stamping on 15 Nov 2004. Waiting for the plastic card. Only one FP done on 12 Feb2003.

You're extremely lucky, they approved you a couple days before your finger prints expired. Unfortunately (now), they changed their processing approach and picked up speed after my finger prints had already expired. :D
 
any changes?

I see lots of October'02 cases being approved on rupnet.
Any one hear anything for Nov'02 ?
 
Keep waiting and no ending sight yet

I filed in Nov 02, and did FP in Jan 03. Still waiting after two EADs and APs. Moved once and have not yet got the 2nd FP notice. What can I say besides being patient. Damn. It sucks! :mad:
 
Nov'02 filer

I filed on Nov 4, 2002. I did my FP2 on July 8, 2004. On July 22, 2004 LUD changed for my spouse only but the content remained the same (about FP1 results received). I called FBI and they told me that the fingerprinting report for me was sent to USCIS on 7/8 itself and for my spouse on 7/9.

Still waiting for the final approval. Does anyone have thoughts on why the LUD changed?
 
VSC is processing July 12,2002 caes, its moving but not as fast!

How long does it take to do an EAD renewal ? Is it faster to do it online or via traditional method ?

One of my friend has ND 11/12/2002 his case got approved on 9th Aug 2004

my ND 11/26/2002
 
EAD renewal appears to be relatively faster these days.

My 3rd EAD was approved on 08/06/2004 and it was filed on 7/22/2004.
