question

If FP is scheduled for ASC location in Boston, is it ok to take FP in Baltimore area at another ASC.

Do I need to notify USCIS ?

I only have experience with early FP, not going to a different ASC. You might wanna consider asking the ASC itself if they have any issues. You might also wanna consider they might want to ask you why you want to change your ASC. Did your address change? Did you move? If so, did you file AR-11? etc. etc.

I'm sure others here will have a lot more to add. Good luck! :)

I received the notice for FP2 last week. It was scheduled for 9/18/2004, but I went and did it on 8/14/2004.

Yesterday there were two approvals. One with RD 11/22/2004 (posted on rupnet today) and one with RD 11/28/2004 (posted here by dependent yesterday). *SHRUG*

If there was no change in LUD since your FP2, then perhaps they updated your records with the results of your FP2. Else, you may be hearing good news pretty soon. If so, accept my congratulations in advance. :)

vsc_babu,

If you look at the posts for the past two days, you will find similar posts. That is not a RFE. Either you or your lawyer (or your congressman/senator if you asked them to) replaced an inquiry about your case. VSC has responded to that inquiry. You might receive a letter from them soon.

BOSTON Fingerprinting experience

I want to share my fingerprinting experience at Boston ASC.

Although I could not make it to the USCIS office for fingerprinting on
date and time specified, I easily got it with my fingerprint notice.
Really it does not matter if you go before or after the date, they do not
care about it. Once you get the token, you should know how long the
wait is.

There are 7 fingerprinting machines with people working in parallel. It
takes about 16 minutes for each person to get done. The longest time
is in QA when awaiting for supervisor approval for accurate fingerprints.
The staff is excellent here, very helpful.

Today there was one Nov 02 approval on rupnet and about four Dec 02 approvals.

There's been about one approval per day on rupnet for Nov' 02 for the last week or so.

LUD changes 9/15 & 9/16

The LUD changed yesterday and today for my wife's application(dependant) but no changes on my application. Hopefully one of us will get approved or and RFE soon.
