Any Nov 2003 485 not approved yet

In my case I havent heard anything. Last update was the LUD change after FP. IS that the same with your case. new kid and dogbert99.
 
How do you find out if security check has been done or not ?

My 1st. FP was done in April 2004 and has not received any other FP notice.

I initiated an inquiry on the second week of April. I haven’t received any mails / or LUD changes. What’s happening to these cases, not approvals no rfe’s? It’s like dead in the water.
 
Same here. My 485 date is Dec 3 2003. Did my FP on March 16 2005. Status updated on 03/28. And after that, nothing has moved.. Dunno what's going on..

My 485 filling date is Dec 2 2003., FP done on Dec. 4 2004. I called uscis last month and got a reply that they are short on manpower, so they cannot tell me when my application could be approved. weird hah!!
 
I havent heard anything for my inquiry that i did last month(2nd week)?
Does the LUD change immediately, does it take about a month to get a letter by mail. I hope my inquiry triggers some activity

Here is what happened, when i initiated the enquiry with USCIS on 22nd March 2005:

- They told me that they will send me a reply in 30 days.
- on 5th April, i got a letter from them stating "they are low on work force and all that crap !" The letter was dated April 1 2005
- LUD changed on 10th April 2005, and the message changed to "We have responded to your request for more information about your case on April 1, 2005. If you haven't got that response, contact us and blah blah blah!"
- LUD changed again on 11th April 2005 - no message change though.

Nothing chnaged after that. Although, after the second LUD chnage, I was very hopefull...but nothing at all....

Nov 2003 filler

Filed my 140/485 on 24th Nov 2003. 140 got approved some time in april 2004. Did FP in Aug of 2004. GOt 2nd AP/EAD approval in Dec 2004. Sent email regarding the FBI name check in Oct 2004. Received response from FBI regarding the same, stating that Name check process has been completed on April 21,2005 and sent the results to USCIS. My case is EB3 and the PD is 04/09/2002. When inquired the status on March 9th, they responded back on March29th stating that the Visa was not currently available. DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON :(
 
GeCe in your case i think you should start an inquiry after 60 days from April 1st. somewhere around June 1st week. I hope yours gets approved before that.
 
MI2_Chimera , i think you shoud start another inquiry next week.
60 Days have passed since last inquired and currect EB3 retrogression dates have moved to june 2002
 
No Progress Noticed in my case too.

Have to wait till March '29

Called USCIS customer service today to find out that I can't initiate another status inquery till May '29 as 60 days crap has not passed yet. :mad:
