Add me to the list as well. Called Customer Service early March 2005 and got a response back saying "Pending Service Consideration." ...

Whats the difference between Pending Service Consideration and Lack of Manpower is both one and the same ?

I am a Oct 2003 filer too.

I moved in 08/04. My case is transfered to Atlanta 01/05.

Since I485 applications of 2004 are getting approved and some earlier applications not.
It would be good idea if we know that address change has any impact on approvals.
So Please mention along with other info. that address was changed or not.
Starting with me, I did an address change in Sep. 2004.

Now that dates are moved to June 3, 2004. Its almost 1 year backlogged for me. Is it me or folks are starting to ignore the processing dates. I did not see any threads of Processing times update.

Initaited an enquiry and was told, lack of manpower. The senator in NJ did not really give me a good answer said my case was pending. I told them I know its pending and thats why I am seeking your help. They said call us back after 90 days.
I am on my second EAD. Also have emailed FBI to check for name check in April. But I guess i shouldn't expect a reply till August atleast.

Called VSC and got to know that security check is pending. Filed FOIPA and got "No Record" response. Sent an email to FBI for Name Check Status in early March, no response yet...
