Thanks Indian12; looking forward for the FP notice... I check my mail box for FP notice everyday and get disappointed. Looks like the Boston ASC is slower than others in Vermont. After seeing your FP msg. I am getting more hopes now.

485 Approved and Got Stamped

My 485 was approved on 09/30/2004 and got it stamped on 10/25/2004 :D :) :p

I-485 AD (09/30/2004) no RFE
FP on 09/03/2004
I 140 AD (08/18/2004) after RFE...
EAD AD (03/05/2004) after RFE
I 140 / I 485 Concurrent filing (08/18/2003)


When i went for my PS the lady who took my finger prints did not take my photos..... infact she told me that they dont need pictures... even though
the 485 approval notice clearly mentioned to take pictures.... am wondering wats gonna happen next.....

485 AD 09/30/2004

Plastic card... god knows... when...

Hmmm got my PS again on March 31st and this time they took my picture... they just voided my previous stamping and restamped my PP.


FINALLY GOT MY PR...

You are not alone. As I posted in some other thread, change in status after FP has noting to do with apporval or the center where you take FP. Me and my friend did the FP on the same day (10/01/2004) at the same place. While there is no update on my status, his case got approved and the status got changed straight from 'Received' to 'Approved'. For that matter his RD is later than mine. I am confused whether I should remain cool or should I worry. I enquired FBI and the FP results were sent on the same day. No reply yet on Name Check.

Thaks so much for your encouragment. I just called FBI 15 mins ago and the rep. also gave me the format answer"Finger print result has been sent back to VSC at the same day." Anyway, we can do nothing except stay positive and encourage each other.

Did you mean your friend got direct aproval even his(her) LUD/online message has never been changed/updated after 1FP?

No clue on LUD

Hi Little_Rain,
My friend did not check the status for a while and so he is not aware of any LUD chagnes in his case. So just hope that the magic approval will happen in our cases too :)

PS: How come even after so many years, you are not used to mm/dd/yyyy format. Luckily your date was > 12, other wise your dates would have misled everyone!!

See my signature. me and my spouse did FP on 14-oct-2004. no message change as of now. mine and my spouse I-485 LUD got updated 2 days in a row. kids I-485 LUD updated 3 days in a row.

Actually mine and my spouse LUD updated 2 days in September and also in October.

Do you think is sign that I am closer to my approval?
