Any New AP Approvals

Hi Guys, who are waiting for their AP to get approved,
I have been waiting since Oct 20 2003. I recently read a post
from Murthy.com where i saw some ones AP getting approved
with receipt date Dec 18 2003.

Anyone whose receipt date falls in same date range as mine
got their AP approved.

so frustrating, already cancelled my tickets once.


Happy for the person who got his AP.

First time EAd and AP

I applied for AP and EAD for the first time on 30th Oct 2003 along with my I-485 (as derivative of my spouse who applied I-485 in April 03 and already has EAD and AP) . Haven't heard a dicky bird so far, no EAD or AP .
Have you guys who are wating for new AP also applied for EAD for the first time? and if so has it been approved?

NSC EB3 RIR I-140/I-485/EAD/AP RD-02/12/04. ND - 02/17/04.

My EAD got approved on 03/24/2004.
When i check my AP status today, has below message

'On March 26, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued. '

What does this mean ? is it approved ? is it sent to lawyer or to me ? Is it the standard approval message for AP ?

same status for my wife too.

Hi Guys, Atlast My AP got approved. The Online check keeps
saying its under process. to my surprise i got both mine and my wifes AP approval mailed to my home address.

AP Receipt Date 10/20/03
so AP Approval Date 03/26/04

Wish everyone who are waiting get AP approved soon.

Today, my wife's AP in VSC is showing 'Approved' status. Its RD was 15th Nov'03 and ND was 19th Nov'03. I have not received it yet. It shows 'Mailed'.
