Any March 03 filers NOT get FP1????

I have the same question. How did you know that your LUD changed? Please educate us so that we can also check it.

When LUD changes, it indicates some one went through our file, Probably internally. Hopefull there will be some change for all 03/31/03 & 04/01/03. lets keep the thread alive.

Got FP notice today (ND 3/31/03)

Actually just one (dependant). Got it today (8/30/04). Still waiting for mine
 
Got is through snail mail

LUD ( Didnt know what was till yesterday)

Its 4/14/04 for both of us

Each time you communicate in this forum , it would be nice if you include history of your case . That way others will know why you got FP and Why i am not . Please create a signature to do so .

LUD can change due to many reasons .LUD may or may not change when they issue FP . So let us not get carried away by FP notice .

Now that one of us with ND 3/31/03 got FP is a good sign . But we have to understand - whether there is anything specific with this case or not .

What is your 140 ND , What is your 485 ND , Did you initiate any recent enquiry through senator or Attorney ?

When was your 140 Approved ? Is it EB2 or Eb3 ?

Hopefully all of us get Fps in a week or so .

140 was filed in Dec 2002 (EB2). Got approved sometime in August 2003. No I have not initiated any enquiry etc. I485 ND is 3/17/03
 
Got my FP notice today (9/1/04)

My wife got hers a couple of days. I got mine today. Thankfully we are scheduled for the same date and time.
 
MG_'s ND is 3/17. People who did not get FP have ND as 3/31/03 or 4/1/03.

This is disappointing as INS does not give info (when we call them) and everyone who filed more than a year after us get FP.
