Good to hear that you got Fp notice . Have you seen any LUD modified ?

have you received the mail (if so when ? )or you got the message from your attorneys .


Is there anybody with ND 033103 or 040103 still waiting for FP ?

I still have not received my first FP notice. My ND is 4/1/03.

Looks like few people with 3/31/03 received FP notice, but I have not seen anyone on 4/1/03.

Has anyone contacted the customer support about this? Was there any positive response at all?

Got mine for Philadelphia ASC - 11/3/04

I posted on the tracker my details, I got this last week for Philadelphia ASC - 11/3/04. Tried at Grand Rapid ASC but officer didn't allow for early? my assignment is at different place.

Can I try at Detroit or some other center??

Received second FP notice

Yep...just like a lot of other cases.Question is can I do it at a location different from what is mentioned in the notice?

Finally received FP1 both for my wife and myself. Scheduled for 10/25/04 .

Does anybody have recent experiance of going for early FP1 at columbus , OH ?

No FP1 Yet. As members posted on most of the cases in EAC03135 and EAC03137 VSC did not schedule the FP1. VSC is :cool: on this cases. My Attorney sent a letter to VSC on 09/14/04 requesting for FP on my cases. Hopefully something should trigger a review of my case :D .
