Any March 03 filers NOT get FP1????

I am an eac03136er too without FP1 :(

Once I scaned all the cases in those couple of days and found out:

1) most (about 70%) eac03136 and eac03137 filers haven't done FP1 yet
2) however, most ( about 80%) eac03134, eac03135, eac03138 and eac03139 filers have done FP1 last May.

Isn't it amazing? What's wrong with 03/31 and 4/1? INS' calendar only has 30 days a month? Were we forgotten?

But now, most of those guys are waiting for FP2, and maybe turns out we are better off. Who knows.

This could be an error on thier part. I am in EAC-03-133 series done my FP in the last week of May 2003.

You can bring this up to USCIS , may be you may get a response from them.
 
I guess somebody should run the 485 ( FP )scan on 3/3/1/03 and 4/1/03

to find out what is wrong with then . Howmany 485s do you think correrspond to these two dates ?

I did not get FP1 yet ( 03137*****). I am very frustrated .

Share the numbers , if anybody has some data .

I agree. I believe many people who did not recieve FP have their ND/RD on 3/31 or 4/1.

My RD is 3/19/2003 and ND is 4/1/2003. The same EAC03137 series, and I did not get my FP1 notice until today.

Looks like 3/31/2003 and 4/1/2003 notice dates have been missed out!!

I am still waiting for FP2 no LUD change since FP1 on April 26.
why you guys want to do Finger printing twice.
INS has just reduced your hassle
you have to go once before GC.

List of 485s with 0303103 and 040103

Now that we found that the file related to these two dates is not blessed by INS FP division - What are our options .

Please realize that the guys who have NDs around 03-15-03 and whose FP1s are expired are being called for FP2 and their 485s will get approved in 2 months from now . Where as- we did not even get FP yet . When are we going to get FP ? When will the FP1 be expired ? When will they approve 485 . Becuase 485 will most likely be approved only before Fp1 expiry or just after Fp2 . With that reasoning - we are looking atleast 15 to 18 months from now .

Ok guys what are options . First thing is we have to have our numbers right .
Is there anybody who has the all the 485 case numbers corresponding to these dates ?

Howmany 485 cases are there with ND 033103 and 040103 ? Howmany of them were issued FP ?

Anybody ??? Help .

I called the customer service and asked why the cases specific to these dates have not been sent FP1 notice. The lady said, "every case is handled independently, it does not mean anything to you when someone who applied after your case gets approved". She also said that they will inform us when they would want us to go for Finger printing. Obviously, that was not helpful.

It almost sounds like a standard reply from them, because I have heard other people mentioning the same.
 
FYI,

For 3/31
at least 374 out of 492 haven't done FP1 yet

For 4/1,
I scaned 100 cases on 4/28/04, only 3 have done FP1.

March / April 04 filers are getting FP calls. Is there nothing we can do?

My attorney filed an inquiry regarding my fingerprints to VSC a week ago, but till now I haven't heard anything from VSC yet.
 
Thats good. Atleast something is going on. I mean someone is trying to get info. Could you please share with us when you get reply from VSC. We can talk to our attorneys.

LUD change, No FP yet!

Our LUD has changed to 08/24/04. No FP yet ( ND:04/01/03). I guess they realised about first FP's of 03/31/03 & 04/01/03. Hopefull things will workout well.

Sorry if I am being dumb. But, what exactly is changing the LUD mean? My guess is Last Updated Date.. but then, why would they just change the Last updated Date? Do you think they would have sent you the FP notice also?

My ND is also 4/1/2003. When did your LUD change? Did you notice it today?
