Are there any Aug, Sept, Oct 2003 filers till left?
My case has not been touched since Dec2003 when my address was changed.
I am waiting VERY KEENLY!!!!

we both seem to have quite a similar case profile. r u thinking of initiating an inquiry? What is ur attorney telling u about this delay and inquiry?

Yes. My attorney is planning out in making an inquiry only after 30-40 days, since the EB2 status is showing 10/6 in the NSC processing times.

May be they are processing your file..have patience. I am sure you will hear the good news soon.

AP: Approved 02/12/2003
EAD: Approved on 2/12/2003. But never received it by Mail. So had to apply it again on 04/28/2004.
FP: 05/26/2004

After FP my online status shows as Fingerprints received.

Today when i logged on to USIC website i saw that my I-140, I-1485, I-765 all were updated today. But the on line status didnt change

Has anybody of those who posted their dates here received, replied to a RFE?

I got this response from an immigration attorney when i asked for the reasons of delay in 140 at NSC as compared to the past when 140 cases were getting processed quite fast at NSC:

"... in April, 2004, they merged I-140 team and I-485 team for preparation of concurrent adjudication of I-140 and I-485. Since then for the concurrent I-140/I-485 cases, we do not see much progress in I-140 processing times. Since the Memo suggested that the concurrent filing cases be adjudicated at the processing time of I-140 in their regular processing times report, it may have something to do with such change in actual adjudication work."
