Any EB3 I-485 approvals in CSC AFTER JUN 30??? PLEASE POST HERE...

Hi All,

I have a hope that CSC might give approvals as long as the visa numbers last, which could be beyond the deadline date Jun 30.

I asked Div XII on Jun 22 and got a response that mine will be adjudiciated in 6 weeks. That is First Week of August.

So, if any one you got approvals after Jun 30, please post here.

Here is what I have written:

My details are as given below:
Name:
Alien Number:
I-485 Receipt Number:
I-485 Receipt Date:
I-485 Notice Date:
Labor Priority Date:

Currently, the USCIS online processing date shows as MMM-DD-YYYY for CSC
based I-485 applications, which is NNN months beyond my I-485 Receipt
Date. And my Labor Priority date is current.

Can you please let know when my case will be approved? I would
appreciate your kind help in this regard. Also, please do let me know
if you need more information on my case in order to reply.

How do you find out the alien number ? I have the 485 receipt notice and the wac number. But no alien number.
 
Got approval on July 11th

This is my first posting in this site.
Here is my filing details,
485(EB3) - First week of March(RD) Approved on July 7th and received the notice on July 11th.
Hope this will give an idea for other readers of this site.

Could you please confirm that you are Eb3 and your I485 was approved in 07th JULY 2005 .

Sorry for asking again ,but if that is true,your case was approved after the EB3 visa became unavilable .

What is your PD ?

Here is my details such as
EB3PD Sep 01(Labour Substitution),
485 RD(first week of May)
485 Aproval Date July 7th
Again it is EB3!!!!!!!!!!

Your information is conflicting. In earlier post, you mentioned RD is 'first week of March'.

the latest post reads: 'first week of May'.

After reading GotGCJuly11 case...

...looks like there is STILL some hope...!

Don't have to wait until Oct 1! Can that be true?!

what is the Div XII contact information? Email or phone? Could you please let me know? I would like to know my I-485 status. I am not sure if the name check is done or not.

I asked Div XII and got response that "yours will be processed in 6 weeks". Does that mean my name check is complete?

thanks for the email id. fast response.

but my I-485 case file is sitting in Newark, NJ. must find out the email id for that service center.

Today I got 2 e-mails, first one, your case will be adjucated in 6 weeks and second says "Sorry for the error message, this case is pending for Name Check.

So I can't say anything, things are going totally hopeless and came to know how USCIS people do the work and there systems.

I got only one email and there was no second correction email.
