To tell you the truth, my friend, there is no such thing as a "good lawyer" :D Just kidding man - I am not from Buffalo area.
 
I think Immigartion Lawyer does not to be local to handle your case in Buffalo. US Immigration is largely based on federal laws and regulations. Technically speaking, your lawyer can brom Hawaii or LA..it really does not matter unless you have some local issue to address. In any way, i would reccommend to check
