Any Feb. 2002 Filer waiting ?

Just wanted to see if I'm the only one Feb. 2002 filer, waiting for approval.

Although I got approved on Aug 11, my dependant is still waiting for approval.

Did my 2nd FP on Aug 7th and still waiting to hear the magic words. After 2nd FP, the online status was not changed yet. I checked with FBI, and they told that they sent the results to USCIS on the same day.

Not sure why the online status didn't update yet after the 2nd FP.

wow.. what similarities.. mine is WAC 02-114, approved on Aug 17.. and my dependant is still waiting for 2nd FP, approval..

did your dependant had 2nd FP done? Any idea what is holding his/her approval?
 
according to the recent scan, there still quite a few early ones not approved yet. Although it seems the percentage is about the same for the next several month filer.

If I read this right, is CSC transferring more and more cases to local office:
from 14% to 22% , at the same time, approve less: from 52% to 22%. Please advice.

Yes, my dependant had done 2nd FP at the same time with me, we also responded to a medical RFE which has been received at the end of July.

It seems that the file has been separated from mine and it is with a different adjudecator who sleeps on it.

I got RFE for medical too.. vericalla vaccine (at the time there was national shortage.. huh).

Thanks for the update.. did your lawyer tell you that the dependant application is with a different adjudecator ..

waiting for both me and wife.. 3EADs, 2 FPs.. 1 RFE. Rfe replied early July. Now I might have to apply for an emergency AP (previous 2 APs expired) since parent is very sick! In a limbo whether to apply for eAP or wait for GC approval? Link to emergency AP procedure appreciated.

glad to see that there're other feb people waiting like me. wait, that kinda sounds masochistic. i meant glad to see i'm not alone but sad for all of us bcos we haven't been approved :(
